All of the rooms are equipped with collapsible airwalls that allow for countless room variations and setups, thereby making a banquet of 1,500 who require breakdown rooms, presentation rooms, and meals, as easy as a meeting of 5. Top-of-the-line staging and media equipment also allow for extensive and high-tech events to be hosted, as do the well trained banquet staff.

If you are planning a catered event, the Fort McDowell Convention Center is fully capable of providing everything that you need. With the dedicated banquet kitchen located directly behind the Ballroom and all of the facilities designed to serve to both small and large numbers of people, providing meals to 1,750 people is not a difficult task.
Naturally, as we do for the Fort McDowell Casino, Eagle View RV Resort will provide transportation to the Convention Center for all of the RV Resort's guests. That way you do not have to worry about how you will get to your reception when the sun is shining extra strong that day.
